On July third, we spent the night at Dale and Tammy's house. We all had a great time. Here are some of us in the pool.

After that we went to see fire works at the University of Maryland. We always tell the kids, "Don't worry, it looks like they are coming right toward you, but they are actually far away." Well, this year, they were coming right for us. By the end, debris was raining from the sky. I think only about 10-15% of our group actually got anything in their eyes, so we did alright.

I got hit in the eye, so did you and Tammy right? So for the mothers things weren't going so well. I guess we were busy protecting our young.
Oh-- and I love the photo of the boys with the tinker toy weapons. A classic shot of that group.
