Yuck. Mine wouldn't bee too happy about things so soon. Shane is a strong one. The other reason, I hear, is that your feet can melt when on tar in the hot summer. Not a good thing.
Well, they get hot by the end of April...the only "melting" I've heard of happens when victims of car accidents are thrown from their vehicles in the height of summer and they are unconcious on the road. I've heard they can get fairly seriously burnt from "melting" to the road...yuck!
I was born and raised in Maryland. I have lived in sunny Arizona for the past 22 years and have been married for 21. I have two beautiful children (most of the time anyway...) Shayne, 13 and Maya, 10. I graduated from ASU in 1998, then got my Master's Degree in Educational Technology in 2002. I have taught elementary students for the past 17 years. Currently I teach K-6 students in the computer lab and in the library.
Rick was born and raised in Vancover, Canada. He has lived in Arizona for 22 years also. He keeps busy with work during the day and us at night. We like going on trips around the state exploring and he still likes to get out and play golf when he can.
Shayne
Shayne is 13 years old. He is in seventh grade. He loves playing soccer.
Maya
Maya is 10 years old. She is in fourth grade at the school I work at. She likes swimming, drawing and writing.

Oh yes, that's true. In fact that will start happening by the end of April or so...
Ooh I hate those prickly things. They make life so not worth doing barefoot.
Wow, I had no idea what Denise said is true. That's dang hot!
Aren't kids amazing, I wouldn't even have gotten over it that fast.
